These Terms govern access to and use of the Andarma website and any associated pages, subdomains or online materials operated by Andarma Metals & Mining Partners Ltd.

The Site is operated by Andarma Metals & Mining Partners Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17184382 ("Andarma", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms apply only to use of the Site. Any advisory, consulting, investment-related or other services provided by Andarma or any affiliate will be governed by separate written engagement terms or transaction documents.

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general corporate information about Andarma and general information concerning the metals and mining sector.

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to be, and must not be treated as, legal, tax, accounting, technical, investment or other professional advice.

The Site is directed primarily at corporate, institutional, professional and other business counterparties. It is not intended as a retail investment solicitation.

4. Regulatory status

Andarma is not currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

If Andarma’s regulatory status changes, the Site and these Terms will be updated to state the applicable legal entity, regulatory status and Financial Services Register number. Andarma is not responsible for loss or damage caused by viruses, cyber incidents, third-party services, external links or events beyond its reasonable control.

If any liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Andarma’s aggregate liability arising from use of the Site will be limited to £100, except where a higher limitation is required by law.

15. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will take effect when published, unless a later date is stated.

You should review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not possible, deleted. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure by Andarma to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms, except where mandatory law gives an individual user the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
